One of the most common problems that women and men face is hair fall. One needs to understand the underlying cause of treating the problem. A number of issues, such as anemia, thyroid disease, protein deficiency, and low vitamin levels can lead to the falling of hair. These days a large number of chemical-based products are available in the market to prevent this condition from taking place. However, unlike natural products such as the Ginseng Extract, these chemical hair loss preventive treatments can have adverse effects on our overall health. So, it is advisable to opt for natural food items like Red Panax Ginseng to counter hair loss. Listed below are 8 naturally occurring food items that can be consumed to prevent hair fall.
